Four Seasons Murrieta 55+ is the Premier Senior Community in Southern California. With 524 homes in this non gated community you are sure to find one that meets your needs. The homes range from 1772 square feet to up to 2773 square feet in nine different models. The models are the Craftsman, the Traditional, and the Provincial series. The Community was built by K. Hovnanian Builders starting in 2001 and the last phase was built in 2003. The Craftsman come in the 1772 sq ft Craftsman One Model, 2011 sq ft Craftsman Two Model, or the 2095 sq ft Craftsman Three Model. The Traditional come in the 1973 sq ft Traditional One Model, 2180 sq ft Traditional Two Model, and the 2289 sq ft Traditional Three Model. Lastly there is the 2262 sq ft Provincial One Model, the 2604 sq ft Provincial Two Model, and the largest of all the homes in Four Seasons Murrieta 55+ the 2773 sq ft Provincial Three Model. Craftsman and Traditional series homes were built with two bedrooms with an optional third bedroom. Most all original owners went for the two bedrooms with a double door office. The Provincial Series on the other hand all have three bedrooms with a double door office. There was an exception though. The Provincial One had an option for a three car garage or the third bedroom. They still have the double door office. This is a unique feature as there are only about 22 homes that have this third bedroom. The homes with the largest yards are the ones at the end of Cul-de-Sacs. There are very few roads that transverse through the community and out the other side. This makes for less noise and traffic. For those of you that want little yard work many of the homes have neatly manicured yards with covered patios for that afternoon sun. One of the best features of the community of 4 Seasons Murrieta is the Ten Acre Lodge Facility located at the entry of the Community on 29750 Willows Ave. This is a fob entry with a reception area. The Lodge was recently updated with new furniture, paint, carpet and decorations. There is a huge ballroom for the resident’s events and parties. There is also a library, card room, billiards area, ping pong table, fitness room, exercise room with all the expected amenities you would find at the local gym, computer room, crafts room, conference room, and there is even an onsite hair salon.
